Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to you on behalf of Gary Fiyalko. I had the pleasure of meeting Gary in September of 2007. My daughter happened to
be a Make a Wish candidate. Through Gary’s church, he had heard about her and our situation and wanted to help. The wish
was to create a “big kid’s basement filled with fun games for big kids and a theater.” Our basement was not even finished and
Make a Wish would only be able to provide help with the finishing or the stocking of a finished basement. Hearing our plight,
Gary scheduled a time to come over to meet with us.

We were impressed immediately with meeting Gary! He was knowledgeable about layout, design and planning so that we
could use her space most effectively. He brought a book containing projects he had done in the past so that we would see his
work. He helped in devising a list of materials we would need to cover the endeavor. Then, he set up all the laborers to get
started on making her wish a reality.

Gary’s devotion to this project touched us immensely! There were times he would be here after work 5 evenings per week, just
to do what he could to complete the project in a timely manner. The craftsmanship of his work showed the time and effort he
took on making sure all things done were done to perfection; the pride he took in the job that he was VOLUNTEERING for!

He led an entire team of workers, bringing in electricians, ceiling hangers, a tile guy and even a heating and plumbing person.
These were all people that we did not know, but Gary sent them to us, in order to make the wish of an 11 year old a reality! And,
he did all the jobs with them; helping with the ceiling, electrical, drywall, taping, mudding, baseboards, and painting. He even
helped set up the equipment/toys upon completion.

It is hard to express in writing the feelings I have for Gary, and his wife Stacey, who so graciously donated so much time, talent,
skill and know-how to our family, who they did not even know prior. My daughter refers to him as “the man who changed her life,”
and I know he always will be. He gave her a place to go to forget her medical situation and be a kid; a place to hang out with
friends, yet be in the comfort of her own home in case of a change in her condition; a place that is a real dream-come-true. And,
it is BEAUTIFUL! He did a top-notch job at each and every level of the project!

If you have an opportunity to have Gary come aboard on your team of employees, I can speak for not only work ethics, skill,
talent, creativity, openness to suggestions, leadership, and pleasantness to be around, I can speak to you about the man. Gary
is one of the finest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. You will certainly benefit from what Gary can bring on board in your
work environment, as will your other employees. He is one of the best out there!

Please feel free to contact me with any comments or questions. I certainly appreciate your time in reading this.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Chris McDaniel from Hartland, Michigan and have known Gary Fiyalko for the last 4 years in both a social setting
and as professionals. Gary is a very honest and caring person, placing high emphasis on quality projects that exceed the
expectations.

Gary has really helped transform our house here in Hartland. In the fall of 2006 he designed and constructed a beautiful cedar
deck for our house. Having a walkout basement and steep elevation, Gary had to think outside the box and did a masterful job
designing the deck. He even added a pergola on one end. We receive numerous compliments about this “piece of furniture”
that Gary constructed. I encourage you to use Gary for any home improvement project you have in mind. His diligence, his
expertise, his approachability are all excellent. Having finished a basement and worked with numerous contractors who are
difficult to track down, I am thankful for his dependability and reachability. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH GARY.

Feel free to call or email about anything.

Sincerely,

Dr. Chris McDaniel

Gary,

When it came time to having our basement finished, we really had no idea what to do. We were given your name by our dentist,
Chris McDaniel, as someone who could not only do the work, but also do a great job at helping in the design process.

You took as much time as my wife and I needed to best lay out the basement so we could enjoy the space to the fullest. You
gave us great ideas not only for the living space, but also for the storage areas we needed. The small touches that you
suggested kept us in budget, but gave us the feeling of a truly customized look. On top of that, you did what you said you would.

We really appreciate the fact that you were always at our house working when you said you would be there. With our busy
schedules, it was nice to know you would be where you said you would be. Your ability to get the job done, professionally and
without cutting corners, in the time you committed was the best we have ever dealt with.

Again, we just want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in our basement. It is an area that we fully enjoy, and can be
proud to show off to our friends. Best of all, you kept us within our budget, and gave us what we wanted. Feel free to pass our
name and number along as we could recommend you to anyone interested in your work.

Sincerely,

Mike & Tara Cowell
